1. What these terms cover

These terms cover Mangaroa Farms’ internal team tools: the media app on this domain (media.mangaroa.org) and the Mangaroa MCP server. They’re operated by Mangaroa Farms Limited, 108 Whitemans Valley Road, Upper Hutt 5371, New Zealand. Our public websites and shop have their own general terms & conditions.

2. Who may use them

These tools are for Mangaroa Farms team members and invited collaborators on our allow-list. Access is personal — sign in with your own Google account and don’t share your access with others. We may add or remove access at our discretion.

3. What you share through the tools

• Content you upload (photos, video, voice notes, text) becomes part of the farm’s media library, for use in Mangaroa Farms’ communications — stories, social media, impact reporting, and the blog.
• Nothing is published without review: all public use is approved by the marketing team first.
• Only upload what you have the right to share, and follow the farm’s consent practices — especially for images of children and culturally sensitive material.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the tools: no attempts to breach security, no uploading unlawful or harmful content, and no use of the tools for purposes unrelated to the farm’s work.

5. Availability

These are internal tools provided as-is. We work to keep them running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or retire features as the farm’s needs evolve.

6. Privacy

How we handle your sign-in data and uploads is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes & governing law

If we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top and let the team know. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
